Internally, employees should report issues directly to their line manager. Employees may also decide to report directly to the Group Compliance Officer, DNV’s internal Ombudsman or DNV's Integrity Hotline .
The internal Ombudsman also serves as an ethical helpline. The internal Ombudsman has an independent role and contacts are treated anonymously on request. Incidents related to personal data protection should be reported to the Global Data Protection Officer.
Externally, customers, employees and other stakeholders should report concerns about potential misconduct to the internal Ombudsman or DNV's Integrity Hotline , ensuring the anonymity of the reporting person.
